The product itself is grand. It's very easy to use as the companion app conviniently leads you through a setup process. Once paired with your phone, AA is up and running right after engine start (Alfa Romeo Giulia). The only drawback is when I play music and use maps it flips over from time to time but much less frequently than few months ago.

The AAWireless worked very well for the most part. I dropped a star because at certain locations the AAwireless connection to my phone drops out. It reconnects after leaving the location. As an electrical engineer I think it may be interference with certain cellphone towers when coming in close proximity to them.

The AAWireless product has been the best addition to my car since I bought it. The campaign was very well managed with excellent communication throughout the process. Very good solution. Fairly stable connection. Had to change some setting to work as it should. Only problem now is that the sound for any navigator ( google maps-waze-here we go ) is coming out destorted. I haven't found any solution yet.

Habe AA-Wireless jetzt seit fast 2 Jahren und bin bis heute sehr zufrieden. Neben der einfachen Installation und den vielfältigen Einstellmöglichkeiten ist es die Geschwindigkeit, mit der Android Auto startet. Gerade auf vielen Kurzstrecken ist es von großem Vorteil, nicht jedesmal beim Ein-oder Aussteigen an sein Handy denken zu müssen, da man es immer in der Tasche stecken lassen kann.

Updates from the team were timely and kept backers informed. After receiving the product, it was easy to setup and use. I was successfully able to add wireless Android Auto to a car that didn't ship with wireless support. I would highly recommend this product if using Android Auto wirelessly is something you're wanting to try but your car doesn't currently support it.

I love the wireless aspect of it. Get in my vehicle, it starts automatically. I'm on my way, listening to my music without plugging my phone in. It's great. When it works. This thing cuts out all the time. There must be some kind of interference because it cuts out in the same exact spots around my town. Mostly. Sometimes it just does it randomly. It either just gets real choppy, freezes (super frustrating, especially when I'm using maps and don't know where I'm going. It's caused me to miss exits) and sometimes it just completely stops working and I have to reset the dongle and my phone. It gets very frustrating. This would be great, five stars, if it just worked like it was supposed to all the time. There's other issues, like voice doesn't always work and sometimes I can't pick up my phone when it rings but those can very well be issues with Android Auto itself. Not the dongle.

I've used aawireless hassle free for over 1.5 years, currently in my Ford Mondeo mk4 sync3, and previously with renault r-link system. What can I say, plug and play and no problems at all. As probably you can check, I don't really give reviews, but this time I am so happy that I've decided to do it. Money well spent.

i recall getting the device to pair with my car's system maybe once or twice - but that was after toggling settings on your device and fussing with settings on my car. it was such a hassle, that i ended up going back to a wired connection from my phone. i own a 2019 volvo xc60. the car's o.s. is not best to start, but your device just added to the frustration of getting both to pair.

AAWireless is a well thought and impressive product that I'm enjoying so far. Tiny box easily hidden in my car cup holder, it makes Android Auto hands-free connection between your car and your phone under 30 seconds without the need of a cable. The only drawback noted is the loss of connection in some small areas but an automatic reconnection usually takes place quickly. Fully recommended product.

Your product has been a real joy to use. My Samsung phone would not pair with Android Auto that is built into my car until I purchased AA wireless. Set up was simple and it has worked perfectly. It works amazing making it possible to wireless connect Android Auto with my car that only supported cable connection. The only thing that could be improved is that my car USB port stays with power after I turn off the car, and until it disconnects i'm not able to use google maps or make calls.

Finally I can use my Opel Corsa IntelliLink again. Many thanks to AAWireless. For two years I could not connect my Samsung S10 with the USB cable. I tried everything possible for months. Now luckily I have AAWireless. I get in the car, turn on the ignition and immediately the smartphone is connected to the Opel. Without USB cable!!!!!! I can use Google Maps, Spotify, hands-free and Replaio radio. Only listening to messages with Threema and WhatsApp does not work so well. But I think that's because of Android and not AAWireless. I am very happy and can recommend the little box to everyone.

The ability to connect wirelessly to my truck's stereo is great! Had to do some minor tweaks in the settings in order for my phone and dongle to connect but works very well. A nuisance but probably unavoidable, driving around town especially on the freeway, there are some spots where the AAwireless dongle loses connection as if its caused by some interference. Then it connects back to phone after a minute or two.

I use the device daily with a Samsung S22 Ultra in a 2019 VW Tiguan car. All functions work very well except for the frequent reboot. The reboot happens daily sometimes 2-3 times for no reason at all. From my observation it seems that this has to do with an unstable Bluetooth connection.

I started using AAwireless adapter from June, 2022 for Honda Civic 10th gen, 2018. My phone is OnePlus Nord anf my wife is using Google Pixel 6. Overal experience is quite good and it is convenient that android auto is starting once I sit in the car without a need to do something. Some issues that i experienced: 1. In my case it took me almost 1 hour to connect aawireless for a first time. Both for my phone and my wife's phone. I used few recommendations from their FAQ and I had to re-install android auto, clean cache, enable screen projection in android auto and play with some settings in their app. Surprisingly, once I was able to connect for a first time the settings that I changed for AAwireless adapter didn't impact anymore. 2. AAwireless is a bit struggling to work with two different phones. If I am driving the car right after my wife, frequently it takes almost 4-5 minutes for the system to connect my phone. Sometimes I need to unplug, plug again the adapter so AAwireless could recognise my phone 3. Interesting bug that I observed once: i received a call at the exact moment of time when aawireless connected to the car. This result in frozen aawireless and reset of the car entertainment system. I had to fully reset aawireless and spend another hour to connect it again. Observed this only once. Overally, recommend this device although be ready to spend some time to connect it for a first time

I like the simplicity of the app and the interface. It does what it says it does! I don't like the random disconnections (no matter the phone I use) and the fact it doesn't transfer an ongoing phone call when I enter my car and the AAWireless connects.

Unfortunately, the connection from the radio to the AAWireless always breaks off after about 5 minutes and the radio screen goes black. Then AAWireless reboots and reconnects to the radio. This is often repeated a second or third time. Sometimes AAWireless does not establish the connection again. Google Maps does not play the sound or voice during navigation.

Devices connects effortlessly 95% time, however there can be delays when small stops occur in the car. Once connected however, the devices works perfectly, voice commands don't lag, navigation is smooth and responsive with rerouting if missing a turn and the Audio streams clear and responsive. The device can hold a connection for a while after walking away from your vehicle, which limits BT connection to my headphones for ~30 secs, but this also means that the connection to AAWireless is solid, even from a small distance.
