I’m satisfied with the product. My phone heats up much less at the wireless connection than it did when I connected it to my car with a cable. It stayed connected reliably throughout my entire trip abroad. I deducted one star because the package arrived after 5 days instead of the promised 1–2 day shipping ( it was delivered by UPS).
