If you've already received your order, we will treat it like a normal return. We'll process your refund once we've received the returned item. We'll refund you within 14 days using the same payment method you used for your purchase.

Can I exchange my old AAWireless for a new one?
At this moment in time, AAWireless does not facilitate any trade-in or buy-back programs, or allow for different AAWireless models to be exchanged for a different model. Each AAWireless adapter must be purchased separately.
Can I return to AAWireless for free?
Unfortunately, return costs must be borne by the customer. In case of a defective device, we would be more than happy to help you troubleshoot the issue and replace your device at no extra cost. My parcel has been marked as delivered but I did not receive it. What can I do?
Occasionally, couriers might mark a shipment as delivered a bit too early, and they often return with the package the following day.If your package is still not located and delivered within five working days, please get in touch with us. We will make the necessary arrangements to start an investigation and issue a replacement order for you promptly.
