Extremely helpful customer service. The device is exactly what they promised. My first device got stuck in a loop and they could not repair it, so they sent a new one, but first the new replacement was a different version than I ordered. They then sent a new device that was the one I ordered at the beginning. They said I could keep both devices. The new one works like a charm, and so did my first device before the loop bug. There are many similar devices out there, but this is the one I will recommend to everyone, because customer support is 5/5 and the device and UI are 5/5. I feel they really care about their customers and image.
