While not all Honda models support wireless Android Auto out of the box, there are aftermarket solutions available, such as AAWireless. If you're interested in purchasing an AAWireless device for your Honda, you can find it on our webshop (Europe) or on Amazon (UK & US). Keep in mind that it's always recommended to check the compatibility of AAWireless with your Honda vehicle before making a purchase.

In case you are already using AAWireless:

  • Please make sure that you are on firmware version 2.0.0 or higher, after that please open "Device settings" and press "Wi-Fi settings" and try different Wi-Fi channels.
  • Please wipe the Bluetooth connection from the phone's side and try reconnecting to AAWireless.
  • Please enable Passthrough from the companion app.
  • Please check using different USB-C cables. Sometimes the cable causes connection issues.
  • Please make sure battery optimization is not on in your phone settings.
  • Make sure Google Play Service and Android Auto, Google Maps, Waze and Google app have all the permissions enabled.
  • Please clear the cache and storage of AA & Google Play Service and reboot the phone after that.
  • If possible, please check with another phone.
