My AAWireless has a solid blue light, yet a “Unsupported device” warning pops up on my head unit. What can I do?
We are sorry to hear your AAWireless device has a solid blue light. Please make sure to try the solid blue troubleshooter available in the AAWireless companion app. If Android Auto does not show up on your head unit, please go through the troubleshooter one more time and enable the "start fix". If it does not after that please use the form at the end of the troubleshooter in order to contact our support.
